Safe and Sound started operating as a first aid training company over 10 years ago. We were aware of a lack of good quality and accessible adult and paediatric first aid courses. In the last decade the company has grown and it now offers first aid training courses for a wide range of clients.including first aid training courses for parents and carers at home and work.

We have established a reputation for excellent professional training courses that are both enjoyable and authoritative. Our first aid training and other training courses are delivered by experts in their chosen field. We are happy to offer training courses daytime, evening or at weekends at no extra cost. We work around your schedule and can tailor all courses to meet your individual requirements.
HSE Approved
Like The Red Cross and St John's Ambulance, we are approved and monitored by the Health and Safety Executive to deliver first aid training .We also have CACHE and CIEH accreditation to deliver training across the spectrum promoting the health and safety of children and care for the elderly and everyone in-between. Safe and Sound is fully compliant with the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidelines.
