2. Payment Terms

The applicable course fee ('Course Fee') is payable in full fourteen days in advance of the date on which the course is scheduled to take place (the 'Due Date'). The Course Fee is payable by cheque (to Safe and Sound) and shall be sent together with the completed application form to Safe and Sound at Rowlandson House, 289-293 Ballards lane, London, N12 8NP. Unless the Course Fee is paid in full by Due Date, Safe and Sound reserves the right to refuse admission to the course and to
allocate the place to another person.

3. Cancellation

You can give verbal or written notice of cancellation in advance of attending a scheduled course in which case following cancellation fees will then be applicable:

- More than 14 days in advance of scheduled date - £ NONE

- Between 7 and 14 days in advance of scheduled date - £ 50%

- Less than 7 days before the scheduled date - £ 100%

4. Course Materials and Copyright

The Course Fee includes the cost of all other materials which are supplied before and during the course including
glossaries and other materials. Safe and Sound's copyright materials may not be used by the person attending the
course for thier personal use.
