What to expect from this course
This course is suitable for anyone working with food.
All learners receive a comprehensive Food Safety manual.
Subjects taught include:
- Food safety Hazards
- Temperature Control Refrigeration, chilling and cold holding
- Principles of safe food storage Cooking, hot holding and reheating
- Cleaning Food premises and equipment
On-site courses are available
7 days a week, across the UK.
(usually 7 hours including breaks)
The CIEH assessment comprises a short multiple-choice paper. A spoken exam is also available (please advise before the course commences)
Successful candidates will receive the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
