Which on-site H&S course should we pick?

Our trainers deliver the following face-to-face H&S courses in addition to our fire safety courses:

Course Title	Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace	Level 3 Health & Safety in the Workplace
Description	This course provides employees working in any sector or industry with an understanding of H&S in the Workplace	This course provides supervisory and managerial staff with a more in-depth understanding of H&S in the workplace
Prior knowledge	None required	It is suggested that delegates have some prior knowledge and understanding of basic H&S
Duration	One day	Three days
Certificates (digital)	Safe and Sound Level 2 certificate in Health and Safety	Safe and Sound Level 3 award in Health and Safety
Refresher training	Every three years	Every three years
